🛍️ Eligibility for Return & Replacement
We accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product
Expired product delivered
Product differs significantly from the description on the website
⚠️ We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
⏳ Return/Replacement Window
You must request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery. After this period, we may be unable to process your request.
📦 How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

Order number
Reason for return/replacement
Photos or video of the item received (if damaged or incorrect)
Unboxing video (recommended to support your claim)
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
🚚 Return Pickup Process
If you choose a refund instead of replacement:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days once the returned item is received and verified.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer in case of COD orders).
🔁 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless defective:
Opened medications or supplements
Consumables (e.g., syrups, tablets)
Products without original packaging or labels
Items purchased on clearance/sale
📌 Important Notes
Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, labels, and invoice.
Please do not send items without contacting us first — unsolicited returns may not be processed.
